Recession-Proof Your Income

You hear it everywhere.

Economy's in a down turn. Recession is the buzz word of the day.

Gas prices over $4.00 a gallon. Milk prices going sky high too.

Jobs being laid off, companies downsizing like never before.

Thousands of people every day are turning towards home businesses to create a steady stream of income during these unstable times.

But what are the best kinds of home businesses to get into? Which are the ones that are "recession-proof"?

Here are a example of three profitable industries:

1.  Travel:  People will spend money on travel even when they can't afford to pay for necessities.

Especially if the times are down, vacations are even more attractive.

If you can find a way to save money when you take a vacation, that's a home run that can be massively profitable during a recession.

2.  Discount Memberships: During economic slumps, everyone's attention turns to saving money.

If you can find a way to help people save money on the things you are already buying (groceries, auto, restaurants, etc.) then that's a business that will thrive during times like this.

3.  Marketing Tools: Anyone with a home business needs to learn how to market their product or service.

Those who can market like an expert are the ones who will sail through economic down times with hardly a ripple.

If you can show people how to market like an expert, giving them all the information and tools they need to succeed, then you're set no matter what the economy does.

With a little planning and the right market choice, you can come out ahead no matter what the economy is doing.

Having Your Vacation and Enjoying It Too

Summer's coming. Are you ready for it?

Once that end-of-school bell rings, or that long-
awaited "2 weeks with pay" comes around, you'll want
to be prepared to make use of every minute of it.

You're probably thinking right now where to go, what
to do on your much anticipated vacation this year.

Should it be a paradise vacation in Maui? An Italian
getaway to Como?

Perhaps a dream family excursion to Orlando, or a
trendy cruise to the Greek Islands.

No matter where you go, the basics are the same:

Pack light, pack smart, and be sure to take a lot of
sunscreen with you.

And don't forget those super-comfy walking shoes.
You'll need them!

Also, look into a way to save big-time on your vacation.

The smartest way is to get a luxury travel membership
that will save you money over and over again.

That way, you to have your vacation and enjoy it too.

You'll be creating memories for years to come, so
make it fun, fabulous, and hassle-free.

Uncle Sam Wants To Pay For Your Vacation

Tax time is over, but waiting to pounce again next year.

What are you going to do about it?

I had that same thought a couple of years ago when I
decided to take the plunge into the home business
arena.

I had heard about some of the tax benefits you can get
by starting your own home-based business, but it wasn't
until I decided on a travel-based business that I really
saw the awesome power of that.

Just think about it.

As an employee:

• First you earn a paycheck
• Then you pay taxes
• Then you live on the rest

As a business owner:

• First you generate profits
• Then you live
• Then you pay taxes on what's left

And when you're living, you can deduct all sorts of
things for your home business, including computers,
phone, video equipment, perhaps a wardrobe, part of
your home, travel expenses, etc. etc. etc.

And if you're involved in a travel-related business like
I am, you can even deduct vacations, travel
memberships, etc. if they're related to any business
activities (which they usually are).

The list is endless, and it's great to see what the IRS
allows (and even encourages) business owners to take
advantage of.

So think about it now.

Don't wait til next year when taxes roll around again.

Think about how you want to change your financial
situation to avoid the taxing effect of too much taxes.

You'll get a headstart before anyone else.

The Travel Advantage: Work Smart Not Hard

Over the last two years, I've looked at just about
every kind of home business out there.

I've seen direct response businesses, network
marketing businesses, service oriented businesses,
etc. etc. etc.

You name it, I've explored it.

And what I've found is that some businesses are
good, some are fair, and some are junk.

And a few are great.

What makes a great home business?

One that you enjoy, one that creates a stream of
residual income, and one that gives advantages
in other areas besides wealth building.

It's so important that you enjoy what you're doing.
Otherwise, you won't stick with it long enough
to see real results.

It's also important that it creates residual income
so that you can set it up one time and automatically
get paid for years to come.

There are many businesses that fall into these two
categories — something that you like to do and
that creates residual income.

But one that also includes advantages in other
areas besides the wealth building aspect of it
is not so common.

As a matter of fact, I've only found one kind of
business that fits this bill.

It's in an industry that everyone knows and loves—

The Travel Industry

Everyone loves to travel; everyone loves to take
a vacation.

Vacations refresh and rejuvenate you. They make
you feel like a new person.

Vacations are fun. They bring together the whole
family and let you leave all the cares of the world
behind you.

They make you feel like an adventurer, a hero, an
explorer, a king, a celebrity, a billionaire.

They make you feel healthy, strong, young, vital,
happy, carefree, and alive.

They expand your mind and heart and open you
up to a whole new world of excitement and fun.

It's no wonder that the travel industry is a
7 TRILLION dollar industry (and expected to
double by 2015!)

The travel industry is growing at 23% a year.
That's more than the Gross National Economy!

10% of all consumer spending is travel related.

And it's no wonder that famous people like
Bill Gates are investing in the travel industry
themselves.

industry, you have a job in the fastest growing
industry in the world.

You have a home business where you literally
get paid to vacation.

You have a home business that makes you feel
great, that makes others feel great, and that
you feel great about sharing.

I took the plunge and switched my home office
from a desk to the beach, and I've never looked
back since.

So if you're considering having a home business
at all, consider the travel industry.

It'll make your day.

How Vacations Can Make You Rich

If you're reading this blog, that means you love to
travel.

(Actually, I can't think of anyone who doesn't love
to travel!)

We all love new, exciting places to visit. Fun new
adventures to take with our friends and family.
Time to relax, enjoy, and connect.

It's a given.

But there is one downside to vacations.

Many folks find it hard to take the kind of vacation
they want to with the kind of income they have.

Let's face it — we all want to have the best when we
travel.

It's our one time a year to really indulge in the
luxuries of life, and we want to make it a memorable
occasion.

I was feeling this myself and decided to look into how

I researched all sorts of travel discounts, coupons, etc.,
but most of them fell short of what I was looking for.

I wanted to find a way to take luxury vacations at a
fraction of the cost while leveraging the vacations to
bring in additional income for me.

A pretty tall order, I know.

But after looking around at all the programs out there,
one caught my eye.

It's an established company that sells luxury travel
memberships along with an opportunity to make a
substantial income just by referring others to the
membership as well.

When I did my due diligence, it was just the ticket
I was looking for.

Check out what I found here:

Is Your Home Business an Advantage For You?

If you're in a home business right now, ask yourself this
question:

Is every aspect of my business creating an advantage for
me?

What do I mean by this?

First of all, look at the kind of work you are doing.

How does it make you feel?

Is it enjoyable? Is it fun? Is it fulfilling?

Or is it a drag? A drudge? Something you'd rather not be
doing?

If it's the former, then it is an advantage for you.

If it's the latter, then take another look and think about
switching businesses.

Then ask yourself another question:

Is your business making the kind of money you want?

Or are there too many expenses to cope with
comfortably?

If it's the former, then it's an advantage.

If it's the latter, then it's not.

Does your business allow you the time freedom you
want to spend with friends and family, travel the world,
and give time to charity?

Or do you feel like a slave to your business, never
being able to really get away for any length of time?

If the former — it's an advantage. The latter — well,
think again.

Life's too short to be doing anything that doesn't create
a maximum advantage in every way.

Maximum advantage = maximum returns =
maximum happiness = maximum fulfillment.

That's the equation I've put in place with my home

How about yours?

That's one of the things I'll be sharing with you over
these next days.

How to maximize your home business to create massive
advantages in every area of your life.

So stay on board and I'll show you how to take any "lack"
in your home business and turn it into a big "plus".

Luxury Travel: The Key to Health, Wealth, and Fulfillment

What's your life like right now?

Are you caught up in the mundane day-to-day things
that eat up your time and leave you little reward at
the end of the day?

What would your day be like if you could be, do, or
have anything you desired?

For most of us, it would be a life of freedom, fulfillment
and fun.

We'd have the time to go anywhere and do anything
we wanted to.

We'd be able to travel to exotic places, places that we
know and love, and places that are completely new.

Relaxing on the beach, skiing on the slopes, cruising
on the seas. Ahhh ... the good life.

But here's a little secret for you.

You don't have to wait for all this.

You can live the life of your dreams right now and
ever dreamed possible.

That's what this blog is about. It's about me sharing
with you all that I've experienced to make your
desires a concrete reality.

Glad you're here and I think you'll enjoy the journey!
